Ghanaian forward, Kwabena Owusu believes Black Stars has what it takes to make a good impact at the up 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament.
The 24-year-old former Black Meteors attacker says Ghana will shock the World at the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament this year in Qatar.
According to him, the Black Stars will make ammnds for their poor show at the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Cameroon.
Owusu said Ghana will qualify for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations tournament which will be held in neighboring country, Côte d’Ivoire.
Ghana has been paired with Portugal, Uruguay and Korea in Group H for Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament later this year.
Despite Ghana coming up against these giants, Owusu is very optimistic about Ghana’s chances at the Mundial in November this year.
“Ghana will surely qualify to the afcon and redeem our image once again and go to the world cup to shock the world at the Fifa world cup in Qatar”, Kwabena Owusu said on Accra-based Original FM.
Owusu was a member of the senior national team of Ghana, the Black Stars at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Egypt.
This season in the Turkish Lig 1, the Ghanaian forward scored seven goals and provided four assists and also bagged three goals in two Turkish Cup games.
