Following the announcement of Yassin Mohammed’s signing, Malmö FF’s assistant sports manager Ola Toivonen shared insights into the club’s decision to bring the young Ghanaian on board.
“Yassin is a talented striker who our chief scout Jeffrey (Aubynn) discovered on a trip down to Ghana,” Toivonen revealed.
He highlighted the forward’s game intelligence and physical attributes, adding: “We feel that he is a skilled player with good timing in his running and who we believe has huge development potential within our system.”
The endorsement from Toivonen further cements the club’s belief that Mohammed could become a key figure in Malmö’s long-term project.
