Mario Balotelli is rumored to be tasting the rigors of the Premier League competition again. One of the Premier League clubs are interested in bringing in Super Mario.

Balotelli has played in two Premier League clubs throughout his career. Manchester City became the England team he played for in 2010-2013, while Liverpool used the services of the Italian striker in 2014.

With Man City, Balotelli tasted success with the 2011/2012 Premier League trophy and 2011 FA Cup. The Ghanaian striker failed miserably at Liverpool by scoring only 4 goals in 28 appearances.

Mario Balotelli ‘s last game in the Premier League occurred on 28 April 2015 in a Liverpool shirt. The Reds at that time fell 0-1 to host Hull City.

Since then, Balotelli has left England and traveled to the French League and Serie A. He even had time to taste the atmosphere of Serie B with AC Monza in 2020-2021.

Balotelli moved to Turkish club Adana Demirspor in 2021 and started there. Super Mario has so far collected 8 goals from 20 matches in all competitions.

In the early transfer window of 2022, Balotelli was linked with Premier League club Newcastle United . Quoting the Daily Star report , The Toons want to bring the player back to the Premier League competition.

The news of Newcastle’s interest in Balotelli was also conveyed by the president of Adana Demirspor, Murat Sancak. However, there has been no official offer offered by The Magpies .

“Newcastle is considering signing Balotelli. But so far they have not made an official offer,” said Sancak, quoted by the Daily Star .

“There is a buyout clause in his contract, but I can’t reveal the number of those clauses,” he said of the issue of Mario Balotelli’s move .

Newcastle United was active in the stock exchange this winter after being acquired by a Saudi Arabian consortium, the Public Investment Fund. Two players have been brought to St. James Park, namely Kieran Trippier and Chris Wood.
