Hearts of Oak head coach, Martin Koopman has unveiled the traveling squad for their upcoming clash against Bibiani Goldstars, scheduled for Saturday, October 28, 2023.

The Phobians are set to take on Bibiani Goldstars at the formidable Dun’s Park in the seventh week of the Ghana Premier League.

The former league champions have encountered a sluggish start to the season and are eager to turn their fortunes around as they face Bibiani Goldstars in the Western North Region.

Amidst the challenges, Martin Koopman is under pressure to save his job or face replacement, with a three-match ultimatum given following the club’s disappointing performance in the league.

This crucial phase begins with the encounter against Bibiani Goldstars this Saturday, followed by matches against Medeama SC and the pending fixture against Hearts of Lions at the Hohoe Sports Stadium.

For the upcoming clash, the Dutch trainer will be accompanied by Richard Attah and Richmond Ayi as the two goalkeepers, and the squad will also include Kofi Agbesimah and Kelvin Osei Asibey.

Coach Koopman and his team must secure a victory against Bibiani Goldstars at the Dun’s Park to relieve the mounting tension within the team. Thus far this season, they have managed only one win in five matches and have scored just a single goal.

As of the moment, Hearts of Oak is languishing at the 17th position on the Ghana Premier League table, amassing only five points from their five matches.
