Ghana youth international Mathew Anim Cudjoe scored his maiden goal for Dundee United in their first game of the 2023/24 Scottish Championship season.
The youngster, who has enjoyed a great pre-season with the club got rewarded for his determination as he scored in the club’s emphatic win over Arbroath.
The 19-year-old scored and provided an assist in Friday night’s fixture away from home as his side jumped into an early lead at the top of the Scottish League table.
Anim Cudjoe scored the second goal of the game after Glenn Middleton had given the Tangerines the lead in the 11th minute.
The Ghanaian scored 14 minutes later to make it 2-0 for the away side.
The former Asante Kotoko youngster also grabbed an assist towards to the end of the first half, setting up Louis Moult.
The game ended 4-0 with Dundee United moving to the top of the table.
