Hearts of Oak winger Mawuli Wayo will not be joining Siwelele FC after negotiations over a proposed transfer collapsed.

Sources reveal that discussions between the parties failed to reach a successful conclusion, resulting in the breakdown of the deal. The transfer, which had been progressing in recent weeks, has now been called off, bringing an end to hopes of the winger completing a move to the South African side.

Despite the setback, Wayo is still widely expected to leave Accra Hearts of Oak SC before the close of the current transfer window. Interest in the attacker remains high, with several clubs continuing to monitor his situation and actively pursuing his signature.

The talented winger has attracted attention with his pace, creativity, and attacking qualities, making him a sought-after player in the ongoing transfer market. His representatives are expected to continue discussions with interested clubs as efforts intensify to secure a new destination.

While the move to Siwelele FC is no longer an option, Wayo’s future is expected to be resolved in the coming weeks, with multiple clubs still in contention to sign the Hearts of Oak winger before the transfer window closes.
