Former coach of the Mauves and Yellow, Ignatius Fosu has opined he would not have been fired from the Tarkwa based club if he had already worked with Kwesi Appiah who is currently the coach of Sudan.

The trained teacher by profession who has become a professional coach believes he has become a better manager after encountering the former Black Stars coach.

With two points from three games the ex-Eleven Wonders coach was fire in November 2021 after a decent job with his previous club.

“I told the president of Medeama, Mosses Parker, that if I had met Kwesi Appiah before joining your club you would not have sacked me, I have learnt a lot from that man” the coach said on Pure Sports.

The CAF license A badge holder is currently assisting coach Kwesi Appiah alongside Fatau Dauda as goal keeper’s trainer.

Aside Eleven Wonders, the tactician has also served as an assistant coach at Liberty Professionals.
