Four outstanding shot stoppers have been nominated for the goalkeeper of the month award for May/June, 2023 in the Ghana Premier League.
Ghana Premier League nNew Kings, Medeama SC shot stopper Felix Kyei who kept two clean sheets in five matches and boasting of four wins and a draw over the period is among nominees.
Solomon Agbasi of Dreams FC kept four clean sheets in five games and conceded one goal which helped his team to survive the relegation scare.
Another is Benjamin Asare of Accra Great Olympics FC with three clean sheets but conceded three goals in the last five games which however helped the team to escape relegation on the final day of 2022-23 season.
Abdul Ganiu Mohammed of Karela United FC also kept two clean sheets across five matches and conceded five goals making the list of four goalkeepers ganing for the award.
