Ghanaian giant Accra Hearts of Oak SC defender Mohammed Alhassan has been very consistent for the 2020-21 Ghana Premier League and MTN FA CUP winners.
The center-back is one of the most important players for the Rainbow Boys with high quality performances in the top-flight league in Ghana.
He is one of the players plying their trade in Ghana who deserves a Black Stars call-up for the upcoming 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers in June against Madagascar and Central Africa Republic.
The 29-year-old Ghanaian defender is the Deputy captain for Accra Hearts of Oak and is arguably the best center-back in the country.
Alhassan was named the StarLife Phobia Assure Player-Of-The-Month for April and was given a 2,000 cedis as his reward for emerging as the Star Life Phobia Assure Fans player of the month.
He is one player who has what it takes to compete with the foreign based players for a position in the Black Stars team for a place in the next FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar when given a chance.
He has played 25 league games and three MTN FA CUP matches for the Phobians this 2021-22 season.
