Black Stars midfielder, Mohammed Kudus was named as the discovery of the year at the 2023 EMY Awards.
The EMY awards rewards individuals, sports men and entertainers for their roles in uplifting their communities.
The West Ham United midfielder couldn’t attend the event as he is currently in the camp of the black Stars in the USA for the games against Mexico and USA.
Mohammed Kudus was in action on Saturday, October 14, as Ghana lost 2-0 to Mexico and will most likely feature against USA on Tuesday, October 17, 2023.
Also, former Black Stars striker, Asamoah Gyan was also honored with the icon of the year award.
