Ghana midfielder Mohammed Kudus has signed a five-year deal with the option of a further year at West Ham United ahead of completing his €44.5million (£38.2m, $48m) transfer from Ajax.
The 23-year-old attacking midfielder flew to London on Saturday to complete a medical with the Premier League side and his move is set to be announced by Monday.
The deal will also include a 10% sell-on clause.
Kudus scored three goals for Ajax in their 4-1 Europa League qualifier win against Ludogorets on Thursday night.
The Ghana international had attracted interest from other Premier League clubs this transfer window. The Athletic reported earlier in August that Brighton had reached an agreement in principle with Ajax to sign him, while Chelsea had made contact with Ajax last month over a potential deal.
West Ham and Ajax have already done business this summer, with Edson Alvarez joining the Premier League side for €40m earlier this month.
