Nations FC, the newcomers in the Ghana Premier League, are currently engaged in crucial discussions aimed at acquiring the services of Sadat Mohammed, the midfielder from Real Tamale United (RTU).
The two clubs are actively negotiating the transfer of this skillful midfielder, who has also captured the attention of numerous other clubs.
Sadat Mohammed had a highly successful season with RTU in the recently concluded Ghana Premier League, which has generated interest from various domestic teams.
His significant contribution played a pivotal role in RTU maintaining their premier league status in the previous season. If negotiations reach a successful conclusion, he might depart the club.
While a potential move to Nsoatreman FC was on the horizon, it’s understood that the deal fell apart during the negotiation phase.
Should the talks with Nations FC come to fruition, Sadat Mohammed will join the growing list of players who have departed RTU during the ongoing transfer window.
Over the last two seasons, the midfielder has found the net nine times and provided two assists in 57 matches for the Blue and Whites. His potential addition could be a valuable asset to Nations FC, who are gearing up for their inaugural Premier League campaign.
Meanwhile, as Nations FC prepares to embark on the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season, they are slated to begin with an away fixture in Dawu against the reigning FA Cup champions, Dreams FC.
