Ghanaian attacker Nathan Opoku says he still desires the same thing following his contribution in the first game of the season in Belgium.
The young forward scored late in the game to snatch a point for Oud-Hervelee Leuven in their first game of the Jupiler Pro League season on Saturday.
The 22-year-old converted from the penalty spot in the 84th minute in the opening game against RC Sporting Charleroi to ensure his side got a point from the game.
Reacting to his first goal of the season, the Ghanaian wrote on Instagram: “New season, same passion. A draw yesterday, we will work hard to get 3pts next weekend in front of our fans.”
The Ghanaian will be looking to beat his tally from last season after scoring three goals in seven league appearances after joining the club in January.
