Ghana Premier League winners Medeama have officially announced that the club has reached an agreement with Fiase Golden Royal Ladies FC as the official women’s team.
Due to CAF’s growing effort of developing the game which demands clubs to have a female football team to meet the requirements for the club licensing, the Tarkwa-based club have done the needful before the start of the 2023-24 CAF Champions League prelims.
The agreement compels the Yellow and Mauves out to provide logistical and other support to the team in the Western Region Division One Women’s League.
The club announced the agreemnet with Fiase Golden Royal Ladies FC as part of improving women’s football in the country and across the continent.
