The Black Stars on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, will host Liberia at the Accra Sports Stadium for an international friendly game.
This according to the Ghana Football Association is part of the preparations to get the team ready for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast.
“Ghana will play Liberia in an International friendly at the Accra Sports stadium on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, as part of preparations towards the Africa Cup of Nations Cote D’Ivoire 2023,” part of the GFA statement read.
The Black Stars go into this game after beating Central Africa Republic on Thursday, September 7, to secure their 2023 AFCON qualifications.
Ghana qualified for the AFCON as leaders of Group E with 12 points with Angola who accumulated 9 points picked the second spot.
