Four Ghanaian players at FC Sheriff namely Edmund Addo, Basit Khalid, Razak Abalora and Patrick Kpozo have already started preseason with the club ahead of the coming campaign.
The first team players did not have break and they are now back to training preparing for the Champions League knockout stage.
FC Sheriff were the surprised package in the 2021/2022 Champions League as they defeated eventual winners Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu in the Group stage.
Sheriff will be hoping to make it to the Group stage of the competition for the second time in their history.
