Ghanaian winger Ansgar Knauff will not return to Dortmund immediately despite excelling in his loan deal at Frankfurt.
News making rounds were that Dortmund will bring Knauff back this summer but new.sportsworldghana.com can confirm that he will complete the remaining one year of his loan and return to his parent club on June 30, 2023.
Both Dortmund and Frankfurt are said to be pleased with his progress and they believe he can mature more in the remaining one year.
Knauff has netted twice in ten games in all competitions for Frankfurt this season.
