The German Embassy of Ghana have declined a visa application for Asante Kotoko midfielder Richard Senanu to undergo an ACL reconstruction and post-surgery rehabilitation.
The 25-year old midfield gem who has been injured for the past two Months was billed for a surgery in Rostock.
But he will now have to wait in Ghana a little longer after the German Embassy refused him the visa to embark for the surgery.
Kotoko are however, working to have the decision by the German Embassy reviewed.
The Porcupine Warriors are missing the services of the 25-year-old who was instrumental for the team during the CAF Confederation Cup.
Senanu, picked the injury in Kotoko’s CAF Confederation Cup Group game against ZESCO United at the Babayara Sports Stadium.
