Hearts of Oak defeated Berekum Chelsea by 2-0 during an outstanding Ghana Premier League match on Wednesday as Kofi Kordzi netted a brace.
Left back William Dankyi provided the assists for both Kordzi goals as Dankyi promises to be a sufficient replacement for Congolese international Raddy Ovouka.
Ovouka is on his way out of the club to MLS side New Mexico United and Dankyi has been the main position holder this season and yesterday at the Cape Coast stadium he put in an excellent performance.
He was clever in attack , setting up both goals for Kordzi, and defensively he did his job well.
The Phobians are now 9th on the league table on 13 points having played two games less.
