Ghana midfielder, Thomas Partey, has added his voice to the much talked about debate involving Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur following the former’s win on Saturday afternoon.
Partey scored the opening goal of the game as the Gunners went ahead to beat the Lily Whites at the Emirates Stadium.
Emerson Royal was shown the red card for a bad tackle on Gabriel Martinelli with the score at 2-1 before Granit Xhaka added a third.
Following the end of the game, Partey took a dig at Tottenham, writing on his social media, “North London is red.”
The win see Arsenal extend their lead at the top of the Premier League table to four with Manchester City yet to play their game against Manchester United.
