Ghanaian central midfielder Tyrese Fornah will not stay at Reading following the relegation of the club from the English Championship.
Fornah 23, had a great 2022/23 season on loan from Nottingham where he 35 league appearances scoring two goals and providing 2 assists.
Reading had an option to sign Fornah permanently this summer but their relegation after six points was deducted from what they have earned made them to be relegated.
Now, the deal to sign Fornah has collapsed and Nottingham who are fighting for their stay in the English Premier League have recalled the player.
He will have preseason with the team in July before a decision is made on him.
