Obuasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana will host the 2022 local under 19 cricket tournament.
The tournament which will take place at the cricket stadium in KNUST Obuasi Campus will see two teams from Ashanti, Eastern and Central battling for supremacy in the tournament which is scheduled to take place from August 24th to August 28th.
The winner will receive a glittering trophy whereas players who will Excel will be roped into the national cricket team.
The competition is being organized by the Ghana Cricket Association.
