Created to shine a spotlight on grassroots football, the tournament is proudly organized by Next Line Up Agency in partnership with Baredes Sport and Law.
Scheduled to take place from July 11 to July 12, 2026, this inaugural edition will be hosted in Sunyani, a region widely recognized for producing some of Ghana’s most notable football talents.
According to the organizers, Sunyani holds immense untapped potential. They point to the success of renowned Ghanaian footballers such as Asamoah Gyan, Agyemang Badu, John Paintsil, and Sadick Adams—players who rose from the region to make significant contributions to the sport both locally and internationally.
“The Odos Cup is more than just a tournament,” organizers stated. “It is a platform to discover, develop, and showcase hidden talents that deserve recognition.”
