Netherlands Eerste Divisie side Willem II have officially confirmed the signing of Ghanaian forward Patrick Joosten.
Joosten made his debut in professional football at the age of 19 for NEC Nijmegen. From 2015 to 2020 he was under contract with FC Utrecht, which and was later loaned out to VVV Venlo and Sparta during that period.
Last season, Joosten played for Apollon Limassol (Cyprus). At Willem II, Joosten can prepare for his tenth season in Dutch professional football.
The 27-year-old Ghanaian forward has signed a three-year contract with the club and is expected to be a starter at the club after his move.
