Ghanaian giant Accra Hearts of Oak SC have officially confirmed the signing of Central Africa Republic striker Hassan Ouatching.
The Central African Republic international is the second striker signed by the Phobians this summer to augment their team ahead of the 2022-23 season.
He has successfully completed his mandatory medical test and has subsequently signed a two year contract with the Phobians.
