English-born Ghanaian forward has completed a loan transfer move to Turkish club Caukur Rizespor, his parent club Crystal Palace have confirmed.
The 22-year-old winger joined Palace’s Academy from Chelsea in 2019, and has since made 10 senior appearances for the club in all competitions.
After impressing on loan with Charlton Athletic in 2022/23, Rak-Sakyi spent last season in the Championship with Sheffield United, where he scored seven times in 36 matches as the Blades narrowly missed out on promotion through the play-offs.
Announcing the promising attacker’s capture, the club said: “Our Çaykur Rizespor has added English footballer of Ghanaian descent Jesurun Rak-Sakyi to its squad on loan.
“Following an agreement with Premier League club Crystal Palace and the player, the experienced player arrived in Rize and signed a one-year loan agreement.
“We welcome our new transfer Rak-Sakyi, who has also had the opportunity to play for England’s youth national teams, and wish him success.
