Ghana Premier League champions Medeama SC have completed the signing of midfielder Etse Dogli from Heart of Lions on a three-year contract ahead of the 2026/27 season.
The Tarkwa-based club have moved quickly to strengthen their squad as they prepare to defend their league title and represent Ghana in the upcoming CAF Champions League campaign.
Dogli joins Medeama after an impressive spell with Heart of Lions, where he established himself as one of the most promising midfielders in the Ghana Premier League.
The 22-year-old earned recognition for his energetic style of play, ability to break up opposition attacks, excellent ball distribution and composure in midfield.
His performances also earned him a call-up to Ghana’s home-based national team, the Black Galaxies, further highlighting his growing reputation in domestic football.
Medeama head coach Ibrahim Tanko is expected to benefit from Dogli’s versatility and technical qualities as the club prepares for a demanding season involving both domestic and continental competitions.
The midfielder becomes one of the latest additions to the champions’ squad as they continue their recruitment drive ahead of the new campaign.
Dogli will now aim to make an immediate impact in Tarkwa as Medeama target another successful season and hope to make a strong impression in the CAF Champions League.
