Real Madrid have officially registered Ghanaian defender Oscar Naasei, completing another important step in the 21-year-old’s move to the Spanish giants.
Naasei joined Real Madrid from Granada in a reported €2 million deal and is set to continue his development with Real Madrid Castilla.
The Ghanaian centre-back has enjoyed a rapid rise since moving to Spain from Emmanuel City in Ghana in 2023. He progressed through Granada’s youth system before breaking into the senior setup and earning valuable experience in Spain’s second tier.
Capable of playing both at centre-back and right-back, Naasei offers versatility, physical strength and pace — qualities that have helped him attract the attention of one of Europe’s biggest clubs.
His registration officially clears another hurdle in his new chapter at Real Madrid, where he will initially be expected to make his mark with Castilla while continuing to develop within the club’s structure.
