English-born Ghanaian youngster Omari Forson’s strike against Fulham in the U21s has been nominated for the goal of the month.
The 18-year-old scored two goals that helped the United youngsters grab a 2-2 draw against Fulham but one of those goals stood out.
Omari Forson’s banger was made all the sweeter because it rescued a draw in the 95th minute. His second of the game left the goalkeeper rooted to the spot, rising into the roof of the net at a vital moment for our determined Under-21s.
He now has the chance to win the goal of the month but will have to compete against the likes of Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford for the award.
This stunning strike for #MUAcademy's Omari Forson is up from our Goal of the Month for August! ⚡️
