Kotoko’s goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim and defender Augustine Agyapong are unable to join the travelling squad to play against FC Samartex this Saturday due to their national duties with the Black Meteors at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence.

The team has made only two changes to the squad that travelled to Accra for their previous game against Accra Hearts of Oak, with the return of Justice Blay and Moise Poauty.

The Porcupine Warriors will be without their head coach Seydou Zerbo, who is on a two-week break due to the unfortunate death of his ten-year-old son. In his absence, deputy coach Orlando Wellington will temporarily manage the team.

However, Rashid Nortey, Maxwell Agyemang, Isaac Oppong, Yusif Mubarik, and Dickson Afoakwa will remain sidelined due to injuries. The game is set to take place on Saturday, March 18, 2023, at the Nana Nsenkyire Sports Arena.
