Red Star Belgrade’s journey in Europe came to and after a disappointing home defeat to Manchester City at Belgrade.
Osman Bukari’s Side earned a single point from six games. Their only point came as a result of 1-1 draw against Swiss side Young Boys in round 2 of the Champion League group stages.
The Ghanaian winger was a stand-out for Red Star’s campaign in Europe as he notched home two goals and two assist.
Edmund Addo who also plies his trade for the Southeastern European club failed to even make the bench in any of the six group Stage games. Red Star Belgrade are however top of the Serbian Super Lig with 17 points.
