Abdul Aziz Issah, the attacking midfielder for Dreams FC, has set his sights on defending the FA Cup title this season.
The “Still Believe” lads secured a narrow 1-0 victory over Soccer Intellectuals, advancing to the semifinals of the competition.
Issah, a coveted transfer target for clubs across Africa and Europe, netted the crucial goal that propelled Dreams FC to the next stage.
Expressing his determination after the match, Issah highlighted the team’s goal of retaining the FA Cup and earning another shot at African glory.
“Our main target is to defend the title and make a return to Africa” he said after the game.
Despite a setback in their maiden Confederation Cup campaign, where Dreams FC fell short of history after a heavy defeat to Zamalek, the Ghana FA Cup holders remain resolute in their pursuit of success.
