Hearts of Oak have officially filed a complaint with the Ghana Football Association against the conduct of referee Kennedy Padi following their 1-0 defeat at Asante Kotoko.
Padi awarded the home team a 17th minute penalty as Nurudeen Abdul Aziz was adjudged to have brought down Fabio Gama of Kotoko in the Hearts of Oak penalty area.
