Black Stars deputy skipper Thomas Partey has handed an Arsenal jersey to the founder of Danquah Institute, Gabby Asare Otchere Darko.
Partey visited the politician at his home home in Accra ob Sunday night and presented the jersey to him.
“His name is #ThomasPartey and he’s arrived and ready to clip the wings of the Eagle that is still green on the pitch as far as the Black Stars are concerned.” Gabby tweeted with a picture of Partey.
The Arsenal player of the month for February will lead Ghana as captain on Friday against Nigeria in the absence of Andre Ayew.
