Patrick Pfeiffer, the strong and reliable centre-back of SV Darmstadt 98, has received his first call-up to the Ghana national football team. The 23-year-old defender will join the squad for the upcoming international friendlies against Germany national football team and Austria national football team later this month.

Born on August 20, 1999, in Germany, Pfeiffer has Ghanaian roots which make him eligible to represent the Black Stars at the senior level. From an early age, he showed great passion for football and worked hard to develop his defensive skills, learning how to tackle, position himself, and read the game effectively.

Pfeiffer progressed through youth football in Germany before breaking into professional ranks. His consistent performances in the German league system quickly gained attention, and his physical presence, aerial ability, and calmness in defence became his trademark.

At Darmstadt 98, he has grown into an important figure in the team’s defensive line. Standing tall and strong, he excels in aerial duels and is a threat both defensively and offensively during set pieces. Pfeiffer is also composed with the ball at his feet, capable of starting attacks from the back and helping his team build play.

His time in the German Bundesliga II has given him experience against tough competition, and his performances have made him a reliable player in the squad. Now, the defender has the opportunity to bring his experience, strength, and leadership to the Ghana national team.

This call-up represents a proud moment for Pfeiffer and his family, marking the start of a new chapter in his career. He will hope to impress in the friendlies against Germany and Austria and establish himself as a regular in the Black Stars squad while contributing to the team’s ambitions on the international stage.

Patrick Pfeiffer’s journey from Germany to the Ghana national team shows dedication and determination, and fans will be eager to see how he adapts to the international level and helps strengthen the Black Stars defence.
