Ghanaian forward Braydon Manu has joined PEC Zwolle in the Dutch Eredivisie. The 27-year-old winger, who recently played for SV Darmstadt 98, has signed a contract with Zwolle that lasts until the summer of 2026, with an option for an additional year.
Manu, born on March 28, 1997, in Itzehoe, Germany, holds both German and Ghanaian citizenship. Over the past few seasons, he has been a key player for SV Darmstadt 98, competing in both the Bundesliga and 2. Bundesliga. In 57 official matches, Manu contributed to 22 goals, scoring 11 and assisting on another 11.
Expressing his excitement, Manu said, “After multiple discussions with technical director Gerry Hamstra, I arrived in Zwolle last Tuesday. My initial impression of the club is fantastic, and the warm welcome made me feel right at home. On the pitch, I aim to contribute as much as possible so we can have a great season.”
