The Black Stars will host the Super Eagles of Nigeria in the first leg of FIFA WC qualifier play-off clash on Friday 25th March, 2022 at the Baba Yara Stadium-Kumasi before the reverse fixture on March 29 at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja.
Ahead of the two games, the Black Stars trained at the match venue on Tuesday afternoon, hours after the team’s arrival in the Garden City.
The training was supervised by the technical team led by head coach Otto Addo with support from his technical advisor Chris Hughton, assistant coaches Mas-Ud Didi Dramani and George Boateng as well goalkeepers’ trainer Richard Kingston.
Twenty Five (25) players took part in the closed door session on Tuesday evening as the team intensified preparation for Friday’s game.
Meanwhile, Jordan Ayew and Elisha Owusu missed out in the session as they are yet to report in camp.
They are expected to train on Wednesday before their final training on Thursday.
