Orlando Pirates are closing in on Ugandan goalkeeper Salim Magoola as a replacement for Ghana’s Richard Ofori.
The Black Stars shot stopper has declined a new deal with the sea robbers and with his contract set to expire this summer, he is set to move.
Pirates are already looking for a new goalkeeper to fill the Ofori’s position and new.sportsworldghana.com can confirm that they are in advanced talks with Magoola of Richard Bay FC.
Negotiations reached a good stage on Wednesday night and should Ofori still refuse the offer for extension, they are set to complete a deal with Magoola by end of this month ahead of the June transfer window.
