Portuguese side Vitória Guimarães are close to singing Ghanaian youngster Maxwell Woledzi from Denmark Superliga side FC Nordsjaelland according to reports.
The Ghanaian defender has been exceptional for the Red and Yellows as he helped to maintain their Superligaen status in a difficult season.
Woledzi has been a transfer target for the Black and Whites outfit after signing his former teammate Abdul Mumin Suleman who has improved at the club with consistent performances.
According to various sources, the Wild Tigers are close to agreeing a deal with the Portuguese side for the transfer of the young center-back.
The 20-year-old Accra born center-back has provided one assist this season in the Denmark Superliga in 15 games for the club.
The deal could be done before the end of the month after negotiations are going smoothly between both teams and the player’s camp.
