President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo has lavished praises on former players of the Black Stars as athletes who use to entertain him.
During a visit by the Executive Committee members of the Ghana Football Association to the president of the Republic, His excellency revealed his admiration of ex-players who he enjoyed watching during their playing carriers.
The Communications Director of the GFA Henry Asante Twum said the president particularly praised Kwesi Appiah when they visited him.
“Yesterday he was sharing some of the history watching the Mohammed, the Anas Seidu, Mohamed polo’s back then and he also praised Kwasi Appiah’s they entertained him they were the trail blazers” Henry Asante was quoted on Asempa Sports
Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo told the entourage during the visit to work hard to ensure the Black Stars attains success during next month’s tournament.
