Viktoria Plzeň’s Sporting Director, Daniel Kolář, has expressed the club’s commitment to providing a nurturing environment for Ghanaian forward Prince Adu Kwabena to advance his football career.
The former Bechem United star has signed a three-year contract with Viktoria Plzeň, joining from Ukrainian side Kryvbas FC, which will keep him at the Czech club until the summer of 2027.
Kolář highlighted Adu Kwabena’s potential and eagerness to grow as a player, emphasizing that Viktoria Plzeň is well-equipped to facilitate his development. “Prince Adu Kwabena is a talented young player who is eager to develop and advance in his career. Here at Viktoria Plzeň, he will have all the conditions and opportunities to do so,” Kolář stated.
Adu Kwabena recently faced Viktoria Plzeň during the 3rd qualifying round of the Europa League, where he played for Kryvbas FC. Notably, he scored against his new club in the first leg of the tie held in Košice. Now, as he joins Plzeň, Adu Kwabena looks forward to continuing his career in the Czech Republic.
While Adu Kwabena will be unable to participate in Viktoria Plzeň’s upcoming Europa League playoff match against Scottish side Hearts on Thursday, his arrival marks a significant addition to the squad as they aim for success both domestically and in Europe.
