The Qatar Football Association has applauded Ghana following the country’s qualification to the 2022 world cup.
Ghana qualified for the Mundial on Tuesday after a hard fought 1-1 draw with the Super Eagles of Nigeria in Abuja.
The Qatar FA has officially welcome Ghana to the country in advance for the tournament which starts from November 21 to December 18.
“Congratulations to the Black Stars for qualifying for the Qatar FIFA World Cup 2022. Welcome to Qatar.” The Qatar FA tweeted.
This is going to be Ghana’s fourth appearance at the world cup having already participated in 2006, 2010 and 2014.
