QPR to offer Ghanaian winger Albert Adomah new contract

Queens Park Rangers manager Gareth Ainsworth says Ghanaian international Albert Adomah would be handed a new contract.

Ainsworth insists Adomah who scored the winner against Stoke City has lots to offer despite his advanced age and they would give him contract extension.

“I’ve done this (extended older players’ careers).”People probably wrote him off a year ago, but I think there’s still time in Albert.” He told West London Sport

“I did it at Wycombe in my last job with (Adebayo) Akinfenwa, Matt Bloomfield and Sam Vokes – all above 34 .”
