Scottish football giants Rangers have set their sights on Red Star Belgrade’s in-form left-back, Ebenezer Annan, as a prime target for the upcoming summer transfer window.
According to multiple reports, the Ibrox club has closely monitored the 22-year-old, scouting several of his matches. Rangers have also made inquiries about the potential cost of securing him on a permanent deal.
However, the Glasgow-based club is not alone in the race, as other European teams are also keen on acquiring Annan’s services.
Annan, who began the season on loan at OFK Beograd, has impressed since rejoining Red Star Belgrade in February. His performances have been noteworthy, featuring in nine games and even getting on the scoresheet once.
A product of Bologna’s youth academy, the talented full-back has also earned international recognition, having already represented Ghana three times at the senior level.
