Ghanaian forward Rauf Salifu optimistic he can adapt early in Malaysia

Former Accra Lions striker Rauf Salifu is hopeful he can acclimatize early in Malaysia.

Rauf mentioned that the climate in Malaysia is the same as Ghana and that is a big plus for him.

“This is the first time I am in Asia. The weather in Malaysia is similar to Ghana and that will enable me to adapt to the conditions here faster,” he said after starting his first day of training with the Selangor squad.

Rauf also previously played for Sporting Kansas in America.
