Ghana has received a refreshing news as sensational kid Kamaldeen Sulemana has been cleared to join Black Stars camp ahead of the African Cup of Nations tournament, Sportsworldghana.com can confirm.
The 18-year-old versatile forward had not yet reported to camp in Doha, Qatar for Ghana’s preparation for the tournament which raised concerns among football loving fans.
But today, Ghana got the refreshing news as Stade de Rennais manager confirmed that the young man will join the Ghana team tomorrow morning in Cameroon ahead of the first game against Morocco.
According to the coach via ActuSRFC_, the youngster was permitted to leave the camp of Rennais this morning to link up with his colleagues.
Kamaldeen Sulemana’s delay on joining Black Stars was because Rennes Goalkeeper Alfred Gomis tested positive for Covid just days after leaving France to AFCON camp and they pair was in contact, thus the club was forced to isolate the player till he tested negative for COVID-19.
