Former Rwandan Premier League top scorer Robert Saba has joined Accra Great Olympics on a two-year deal.
Saba, 25, has been without a club since 2022 after having his contract with AS Kigali terminated just after six months.
The striker won the goal king award in the Rwandan Premier League for the 2020/21 season with Kiyovu Sports after which he made a big money move to AS Kigali.
He failed to get regular playing time let alone score as he became a pale shadow of himself. Both parties reached an agreement and had the contract abrogated.
Saba is the nephew of former Ghana international Christian Saba who is a youth team coach of German giants Bayern Munich.
