Ghanaian midfielder Salis Abdul Samed is currently drawing attention from Turkish clubs following his recent loan stint with Sunderland. Kayserispor is reportedly preparing a loan proposal and is actively negotiating with both the player and his parent club, RC Lens. Meanwhile, Basaksehir has also expressed interest in acquiring his services.

The 25-year-old faced a difficult season in England due to a persistent psoas injury but managed to finish strongly, contributing to Sunderland’s promotion to the Premier League. During his loan, Abdul Samed made eleven appearances for the Black Cats. He remains contracted to French club RC Lens until June 2028.

Despite the growing interest from Turkey, sources reveal that Abdul Samed remains focused on securing a move to one of Europe’s top five leagues, a goal he is determined to pursue even amid tempting offers elsewhere. Additionally, Russian club CSKA Moscow had been linked with him, but geopolitical concerns have ruled out any potential transfer to Russia.

Currently valued at €5.5 million by Transfermarkt, the Ghanaian midfielder continues to attract interest while keeping his sights set on competing at the highest levels of European football.
