Southampton defender Mohammed Salisu is player with most interceptions in the ongoing 2021/2022 league season.
The budding central defender who was signed from Southampton in the summer of 2020 from Valladolid has been a revelation at the back of the Saints this campaign
He has made 49 interceptions in twenty league games this season which is the highest in the competition so far.
Salisu is currently regarded as one of the best young central defenders in Europe due to his output in the English Premier League.
