Reports have emerged stating that Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Teye Partey has received a lucrative offer from Saudi Arabian clubs during the current summer transfer window.
The 30-year-old is among the players that Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is looking to offload ahead of the upcoming 2023/24 season.
Partey has attracted interest from various European clubs, including Juventus, AC Milan, and AS Monaco, following Arsenal’s decision to make him available for transfer.
According to the latest information, Saudi clubs such as Al Ahli, Al Nassr, and Al Khaleej have expressed their interest in signing Partey and have presented him with a staggering salary offer of $100 million per year.
If he agrees to the proposed two-year deal, it is believed that the deputy captain of the Ghana national team would earn an annual tax-free salary of $100 million.
Prior to his move to Arsenal in 2020, Partey had a successful career at Atletico Madrid, progressing through the ranks of their youth teams before earning a place in the senior squad.
Since joining Arsenal, he has made 99 appearances for the club, scoring five goals.
